Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SqueezyDo website at squeezydo.com and the SqueezyDo platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SqueezyDo ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

SqueezyDo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for appliance repair companies. The Service enables you to track parts deliveries across multiple carriers, receive automated notifications when parts arrive, and coordinate return visits with technicians.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the platform.

To use the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Create only one account per individual. Shared or generic accounts are not permitted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

SqueezyDo offers a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and acknowledge that Paddle is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax collection.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with Paddle to process your request.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users or SqueezyDo staff.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems connected to the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use guidelines.

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by SqueezyDo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you input into the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis, and we do not offer a formal service level agreement (SLA) at this time.

We may occasionally need to perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or address issues that temporarily affect availability. Where possible, we will notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

The accuracy of delivery tracking information depends on data provided by third-party carriers, and we cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of that data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall SqueezyDo, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your account has been inactive for an extended period, or if we are required to do so by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, except in cases of serious violations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Your data will be available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email.

Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
